If you have ever gazed out to sea, or stared upwards in fascination into a starlit sky or reflected upon how little we really know of ourselves and our planet, then this album may be for you. It's about thoughtfulness, Celtic empathy, rhythms and synergy between music and phrases, crafted words arranged as invitations to explore your journey. Many of us search for something spiritual in life, something intangible, but perhaps the reality is that we can already reach out and touch it, share ourselves with our physical world, and give ourselves permission to feel and hear what it is telling us, has always told us. Only asking that we listen.

The album also features field recordings of the ocean, shingle and wind made by me on the wild west coast of Wales. Rumbling on track 6 is simply the voice of the wind leaving its call upon the microphone itself on a very wild day. I have no desire to edit it out, instead leaving it just as it occurred, the voice of nature.

Listening through headphones or in-ear phones highly recommended for all tracks.
